The room and facilities were excellent. The huge atrium was a perfect place for lunch during a rainy day.

Anna at check-in made me feel more than welcome, even though it was my first time in the city ever! She was very attentive and provided recommendations and solutions from the get-go. My room was more than expected and everything was so well-thought out. Also, Susan and Beth took AWESOME care of me and my room - their service and attention to details were out of this world. Their kindness and empathy making sure I felt comfortable was lovely (I miss them!). Raul from The Place at breakfast always made me feel welcomed. On my last night, I had some food that needed to be reheated and the concierge team was kind enough to bring a microwave to my room and waited until I was satisfied with my food. I'd absolutely return to The Fullerton Hotel next time I'm in Sydney. I'm still in awe of the service, 100% recommended.

The hotel itself as well as its location were stunning. Beautiful interiors and architecture. Location was close enough to the attractions we were interested in (about a 15~20-minute walk to the Opera house) and very close to the shopping district

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were excellent, the breakfast was the best hotel buffet breakfast we have had for many years and the room was comfortable and included two good size comfortable chairs. The history tour of the GPO building was also very informative.

We have been staying at this location at least 20 years when we visit Sydney and we love it. You couldn't ask for a better spot for shopping & dining. Breakfast is fantastic with a great selection The staff were helpful & polite

Reception/customer service - professional, courteous Room - overall very good. Would have been excellent if the bathroom floors had been cleaned prior to occupation. Location was excellent; definite worth the extra to be located in the original building.
